Mettre tout les ingrédients dans un blender (sauf les pépites de chocolat) et mixer jusqu’à avoir une pâte à crêpes bien homogène.
Transvaser cette pâte dans un saldier, y ajouter les pépites de chocolat ou le chocolat haché et mélanger.
Chauffer une poêle antiadhésive sur feu assez vif, y verser une louche de pâte, dés que des petite bulles commencent à s’éclater retourner le pancake pour laisser cuire sur l’autre côté. La cuisson dure 1 à 2 minutes sur chaque côté.
Transférer les pancakes dans un plat et les servir chaud.
